WASTEWATER PLANT OPERATOR

 

The Ishpeming Area Wastewater Facility is seeking a full time Wastewater Operator. This position is responsible for performing daily operations, maintenance, and laboratory of a 2.5 MGD design Oxidation Ditch Extended Air facility.  Resumes will be accepted until 2:30 PM, January 15, 2025.

Qualifications include:

·         Valid driver’s license

·         18 years or older

·         Highschool graduate or equivalent

·         Possess a class “D” wastewater certification or higher, or the ability to obtain within 2 years or hire.

·         Possess a CDL or ability to obtain a CDL within 2 years of hire
